All items shown and sold on Piercing Moon Creations, and Radical Homemaker are subject to these policies and conditions. Please read through carefully to ensure less confusion when making any purchases. If you have any questions, that are not answered through this page, please contact us so we can address it as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
1. Orders
All prints are made from my watercolour paintings. Some paintings use a variation of watercolour and ink in the final production.
Prints are printed on professional photo paper with a glossy finish or printed on Cold Press Natural. No watermarks will be printed on the final reproduction. No prints come framed.
All crochet, knit, and clay items are handmade and hand designed by various members of the Radical Homemaker collective (see About for more details on who makes what). All roving and spun wool are hand done by Radical Homemaker and tries as hard as possible to use locally grown materials. Locally for us, in loose terms, means grown and distributed in Ontario, Canada.
Any information collected on Piercing Moon Creations, or Radical Homemaker, when you make an order will remain private and will only be used to process your order. We will not record any information given to us and we will not sell or give it to any third parties.
*Due to the variation in computers, the level of brightness and colour settings, the colour of prints and other items may not appear as you see on your computer. Please keep this in mind when ordering.*
2. Shipping
As all prints are Made to Order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your item is shipped
Most knit, crochet, clay, yarn and roving are Ready to Ship items but will need approximately 48 hours of processing time before they are sent out. As these items are larger, they will have a tracking number on them that may or may not have the ability to be used when crossing international borders. That depends on your country and its postal service.
On knit, crochet, or clay items that are Made to Order, please allow at least 5-7 business days for processing and the creation of your item before it is sent out. Like the Ready to Order Radical Homemaker items, these will have a tracking number.
All items are sent from Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada and all transactions will be translated to Canadian dollars.
We are not responsible for any taxes or tariffs that may incur during international shipping. On prints there is no ability to track the package.

Piercing Moon Creations reserves the right to deny an order if you are suspected of attempting to reproduce or resell for your own business or company.
4. Returns
On all items there are NO refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Piercing Moon Creations and Radical Homemaker take no responsibility for items damaged, stolen or lost during the process of delivery. If there is an issue with the item received it will be looked at on an independent basis to work towards an appropriate solution.
In some cases where an item is damaged or faulty we may be able to exchange or replace the item. In which case, the original item must be sent back to Piercing Moon Creations or Radical Homemaker. Once returned we will be able to exchange and send a new item back. Shipping costs for this may be paid/reimbursed by us.
